Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how users of AI Business Agent can request deletion of personal data. Meta and other platforms require a public data-deletion URL for app review — this page fulfills that requirement.

1. Who can request deletion

Business account holders (workspace owners/admins) may request deletion of their organization data. End customers who interacted via WhatsApp, web chat, or other channels may also request deletion of their personal data held by a business using our platform.

2. What we delete

Upon verified request, we delete or anonymize, where applicable:

  • User account and membership records
  • Organization profile, services, and knowledge base
  • Customer records, conversations, and messages linked to your workspace
  • Appointment history and integration tokens
  • Billing metadata retained beyond legal/accounting requirements

We may retain minimal records required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, or aggregated non-identifying analytics.

3. How to submit a request

  1. Email privacy@aibusinessagent.app from the address associated with your account.
  2. Include: full name, workspace/organization name, registered email, and whether you are the account owner or an end customer.
  3. For Meta/WhatsApp-related deletion, include your WhatsApp phone number or Instagram user ID if relevant.
  4. We will verify ownership and respond within 30 days.

4. Self-service deletion (account owners)

Workspace owners can delete most business data from the dashboard (customers, conversations, knowledge entries). To fully close an account and remove all organization data from our systems, email privacy@aibusinessagent.app with subject "Account closure".

5. Meta / Facebook data deletion callback

If you connected Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp and wish to remove data obtained through Meta platforms, submit a request using the steps above. We will process deletion in accordance with Meta Platform Terms and confirm completion by email.

6. Google data

If you connected Google Calendar or Gmail, disconnect the integration from Dashboard → Channels/Settings, then request full deletion via email if needed. Revoking access in your Google Account also stops future data sync.
