These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AI Business Agent. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description

AI Business Agent is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that helps businesses manage customer conversations, appointments, and AI-assisted messaging across connected channels.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your business. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and platform policies (Meta, Google, Stripe, etc.).

3. Accounts and security

• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and activity under your account.
• You must notify us promptly of unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, abusive, or deceptive purposes.
• Send spam or violate messaging platform rules.
• Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or tenant isolation.
• Upload malware or infringe third-party intellectual property.
• Reverse engineer or resell the service without permission.

5. Customer data

You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the service. You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from your customers.

6. AI-generated content

AI outputs may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing messages before they are sent to customers when required by law or your policies. The service is provided as a tool, not professional advice.

7. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe according to the pricing shown at signup. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Third-party integrations

Connecting WhatsApp, Instagram, Gmail, Google Calendar, or other services is subject to those providers' terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.

9. Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or force majeure events may cause downtime.

10. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks. Upon termination, access ends and data may be deleted per our retention policy.

11. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory local consumer protections apply.
